Born from Rochester, New York, Sharp was an avid musician and studied the clarinet the piano, cello, and clarinet at the world-class Hochstein School of Music. The passion she had for theatre in school led her to apply to The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded a scholarship. She received her B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp after she graduated. Sharp's initial focus was on the stage. Sharp was a part of her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp has also performed in Abyssinia and Aida and also Thunder Knockin, Jitney and The Producers. She was even a reading partner of August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp's work is not limited to the stage or screen. She has also written and co-written several projects. Sharp is developing her first studio album. If she's not in the front cameras, or recording in the studio music, Sharp has a love for fitness and stays in shape boxing and studying Krav Maga.. She likes piano as well as well as long, arduous journeys. Sharp is a resident of Los Angeles, California with her family.
